Don’t miss the HOA Meet & Greet on Aug 21st
Control of the Arbor Mill at Mill Creek Homeowners Association was turned over to the community on July 25, 2019. It’s a momentous occasion. Documents have been handed over, financial records are being audited, and a new Board of Directors was created. We’ve also hired a management company to ensure the community is well-managed and enjoyed by all.
And that raises a lot of questions. Who’s on the new Board of Directors and what policies are they going to change? What’s the management company going to do for us and how much will that cost? What about all those issues that the developer hasn’t addressed yet? And so on and so forth.
That’s why the new HOA will be holding a Meet & Greet on August 21st up at the Amenity Center. This informal meeting gives you the chance to meet the new directors and officers and also representatives from Associa. You’ll also be able to ask questions about this turnover process, upcoming elections, and any plans for the next few months.
